1 in 10 women have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Following a low glycemic index diet plays an important role in weight loss and reducing the risk of diabetes, heart disease and other long term health problems. Since many women are affected with PCOS, there is a large demand for dietary counseling. To address this need we are offering a free presentation with three convenient times. Seating is limited.
